Humans spend almost a third of their lives sleeping.

Sleep influences our organism: having a good quality sleep directly influences the quality of our life. We explain the consequences on health when sleep disorders occur, as well as the link between sleep and the development of Alzheimer's disease.  Therapeutic strategies will be proposed in order to palliate these sleep disturbances, in an effort to slow down the pathogenicity of Alzheimer's disease.
