In an open discussion format, Dr. Chertkow will present his findings on early diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease and prediction of deterioration in people with cognitive impairment. He will discuss the development of knowledge transfer tools to allow physicians to better diagnose cognitive decline. His presentation will conclude with the presentation of the My Cognitive Health tool.
